Nikah Scheduler ("we") helps couples book a nikah with a masjid or officiant. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details — your name and email when you create an account, used to sign you in and show your bookings.
- Booking details — the information you enter for a nikah: both partners' names and contact details, wali and witness names, mahr, preferred date, and any notes. This is shared with the masjid you book so they can officiate.
- Officiant documents — if you run a masjid and submit a license for review, the document is stored privately and shown only to you and our reviewer.
- Payment — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To operate bookings, confirm dates, generate certificates, review officiant licenses, and send transactional email about your bookings. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and access
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. License and ID documents are private and served only through an authenticated, access-checked link. Certificates are available to the people on the booking.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and its data by emailing us. Some records tied to completed payments may be retained where required for tax or dispute purposes.
Transactional email (confirmations, license updates) is part of the service. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
