By using Nikah Scheduler you agree to these terms.

What the service is

We connect couples with masjids and officiants and provide booking, license-review, and certificate tools. We are not a mosque, an officiant, a government registrar, or a legal advisor. The nikah itself is performed by the masjid or officiant you choose, not by us.

Not a civil marriage

A certificate produced here records a religious nikah. It is not a government marriage license and does not by itself create a legally recognized civil marriage. You are responsible for meeting any civil marriage requirements where you live.

Officiant verification

Verification means a person reviewed a submitted license by hand and marked it approved. It is not a guarantee of current licensure or of the outcome of any ceremony. Confirm credentials with the issuing authority for anything that matters.

Sample listings

Listings marked "Sample" are demonstrations and cannot take real bookings. Do not rely on them as real masjids.

Fees

Couples pay a one-time booking fee once a masjid confirms a date. Masjids may subscribe to Masjid Plus for additional listing features. Fees are shown before you pay. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information, do not submit documents you are not authorized to share, and do not misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of masjids, officiants, or couples, or for the religious or legal validity of any ceremony.
